College Marketplace is the student-only buy and sell app for Utah State University in Logan, Utah. Every account is verified with a @usu.edu email address, so you're only ever trading with other Aggies — not strangers from Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist.

USU spreads its single-student housing across every corner of the Logan campus. Central campus holds Richards Hall, Canyon Crest Suites, Central Suites, and Bullen Hall. The Living Learning Community and the Darwin Apartments sit out on west campus, while Merrill Hall and Ridge Point Hall anchor south campus. The Student Living Center is a neighborhood all its own — Morgan Hall, Davis Hall, Rich Hall, Jones Hall, San Juan Hall, Wasatch Hall, Summit Hall, Snow Hall, and Lundstrom East Wing — and Blue Square Apartments rounds out the apartment-style options. Wherever you land, everything you need is already on campus. Utah State students post mini fridges, futons, storage bins, desk lamps, monitors, bikes, and gently used textbooks every semester, usually for a fraction of retail.

A handful of USU housing rules decide what's actually worth buying secondhand. Beds take Twin XL sheets (36" x 80") in every building except the private rooms at Blue Square, which are full size and take queen sheets. Skip the loft kit and the bed risers: residents are not allowed to stack or bunk their beds, and building a loft counts as remodeling. Mini fridges, small freezers, microwaves, and portable air conditioners are all allowed as long as they draw 1,500 watts or less and plug directly into a wall outlet — state fire code, so no surge protectors or extension cords. Hot plates, halogen bulbs, and most space heaters are prohibited, and 3M Command products are the only approved way to hang posters. Fish are the only pets, in tanks up to 20 gallons.

When it's time to hand something off, meet somewhere public and busy. The Taggart Student Center is the default, whether that's near The Hub at lunch or just inside The Campus Store. Merrill-Cazier Library works for anything you can carry, and the Aggie Recreation Center is easy to find if you're coming from the Student Living Center side. No shipping labels, no delivery fees, no meeting someone off campus.

The rush windows are predictable: fall move-in runs August 22–30 with a December 19 checkout, and spring move-in is January 9–10 with a May 6 checkout.
