You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

College Marketplace provides an online platform that allows users to buy, sell, and exchange goods and services within college communities.

College Marketplace is not a buyer, seller, broker, agent, or party to any transaction between users.

Users are solely responsible for any listings, messages, images, descriptions, comments, or other content they post.

By posting content, you grant College Marketplace a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

Users may not list, offer, buy, sell, or promote:

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Alcohol or tobacco products where prohibited by law
• Firearms, weapons, ammunition, or explosives
• Stolen property
• Counterfeit goods
• Fraudulent or misleading listings
• Academic cheating services or materials
• Pornographic or obscene content
• Any item prohibited by applicable law

College Marketplace reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts at its sole discretion.

All transactions occur directly between users.

College Marketplace:

• Does not inspect items
• Does not guarantee item quality
• Does not verify ownership of items
• Does not guarantee payment or delivery
• Does not provide warranties

Users assume all risks associated with transactions.

Users are encouraged to meet in public, well-lit locations when exchanging items.

College Marketplace is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or safety of any user.

We may suspend or terminate any account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraud, abuse, or any conduct that may harm the Platform or its users.

All Platform content, trademarks, logos, software, and branding associated with College Marketplace remain the property of College Marketplace unless otherwise stated.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

College Marketplace makes no warranties regarding:

• Availability
• Reliability
• Accuracy
• Security
• Fitness for a particular purpose

To the maximum extent permitted by law, College Marketplace and its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
