Buying & selling at Texas Tech University

Campus details for Texas Tech students.

With 40,000 students in Lubbock, somebody is always selling the exact textbook or mini fridge you need. The hard part has always been finding them without wading through a Facebook group full of alumni and bots.

Every account here is verified with a Texas Tech email, so you're always dealing with another Red Raider. No shipping labels, no meeting strangers off campus.

Textbooks at the end of a semester, a futon leaving Murray, a mini fridge, a bike, football tickets — if it changes hands on campus, it belongs here.

Help & FAQ

Common questions from Texas Tech students.

Is this only for Texas Tech students?

Each campus is its own marketplace. You'll only see listings from people who verified with a Texas Tech email address, and they'll only see yours.

Does it cost anything?

No. Listing and browsing are free, and we don't take a cut — you handle payment directly with the other student, however you both prefer.

Where should I meet to hand something off?

Somewhere public and central. Student Union Building and Texas Tech Library are the easiest — busy, well-lit, and everyone knows where they are.

What if nobody's selling what I need?

Post it on the Looking For board. Other Texas Tech students can see what's in demand, and you'll get notified when someone lists a match.
