MSU runs one of the largest residence hall systems in the country — 27 halls across five neighborhoods. Whether you're in Brody at Armstrong, Bailey, or Butterfield, in North at Mason/Abbot or Snyder/Phillips, in South at Case, Holden, Wilson, or Wonders, along the river in McDonel or Shaw, or east in Akers, Holmes, or Hubbard, Everything you need is already on campus. Michigan State students post mini fridges, futons, storage bins, desk lamps, monitors, bikes, and gently used textbooks every semester — usually for a fraction of retail. Students living off campus use it too. Same rule applies: verified students only, and the person on the other end is someone you'd pass on the way to class.
Meeting up on a campus this big
Handoffs happen at landmarks everybody already knows. The MSU Union, the Main Library, the Student Recreation and Wellness Center, and IM East are all easy meeting points between classes. No shipping labels, no delivery fees, no driving across town to meet someone off Craigslist.
