College Marketplace is the student-only buy and sell app for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in Little Rock, Arkansas. Every account is verified with a @ualr.edu email address, so you're only ever trading with other Trojans — not strangers from Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist.

Campus Living here is small enough to learn in a week. First-year students land in East Hall, the traditional hall geared toward first-time entering freshmen, or in West Hall, the pod-style pair of six-story towers where the Gray Tower houses women and the Maroon Tower houses men. Upperclassmen and graduate students move into apartment-style living instead: North Hall and South Hall, the two buildings that make up the Commons Apartments and take Donaghey Scholars, DCSTEM Scholars, and student athletes, and University Village, a 420-bed complex of two-, three-, and four-bedroom suites with private bedrooms and bathrooms. There is no blanket live-on rule — only some scholarship recipients are required to live on campus — so rooms turn over constantly and everything you need is already on campus. Little Rock students post mini fridges, futons, storage bins, desk lamps, monitors, bikes, and gently used textbooks every semester, usually for a fraction of retail.

Every assignment comes furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk, and the rate already covers utilities, laundry, internet, and gated resident parking, so what students actually shop for is everything else. Bed size depends on the building: West Hall rooms have an extra-long twin, an East Hall double has two twin beds, and private rooms, the Commons apartments, and University Village all come with a full-sized bed — check yours before buying sheets. West Hall allows one small microwave of 900 watts or less per room, while the apartments have full kitchens and in-unit washers and dryers. Campus Living bans wireless routers, space heaters, deep fryers, grills, candles, plug-in air fresheners, Command Strips, darts, and most exercise equipment, and the only pets allowed are fish in tanks of 10 gallons or smaller, so keep those off your listings.

When it's time to hand something off, stay where the foot traffic is. The Donaghey Student Center is the obvious first stop, with the fitness center and the Trojan Cafe food court under one roof, and Ottenheimer Library, the Starbucks at Student Union A, and the plaza outside the Jack Stephens Center all work between classes. No shipping labels, no delivery fees, no meeting someone off campus.

Fall 2026 move-in runs August 19 and 20, with East, West, North, South, and University Village residents arriving on the 20th — that first week is when the marketplace moves fastest.
